Tasted blind and guessed only the New World part. Strict and sophisticated bouquet: gooseberry, stone fruits, freshly cut grass. A little bit off-dry, but tasty and very gastronomic. Long aftertaste, flavours of grass and stone fruits. Didn't expect such a good wine from Spier Wines. My apologies.
